This project was co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
The project is part of " Transport Sector Programme 2007 - 2013".This programme is structured around four axes that include priority areas of intervention within which transportation projects can be supported.
The most important focus of the four axes of SOP aims to develop a sustainable transport system and its integration into the EU transport networks.
The project "Construction of Brașov Bypass" , Lot1 : Wing I, DN1 - DN11 and Lot2 : Wing III , DN13 - A1" is part of Priority Axis 2 - Modernization and development of national transport infrastructure outside the TEN - T order to develop a national sustainable transport system , key area of intervention 1.This project is financed by European funds (ERDF) under SOP -T and the State Budget of Romania.
Egis is the consultant of the project and will act in accordance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract Engineer 1999, Red Book.
The specific objectives of the project are to provide supervision services of high quality ( including time tracking of work during the Defects Notification ) ,aiming the correct use of the funds available and to ensure that the contractor will carry out the works in accordance with contractual obligations, particularly in terms of duration, quantity, quality and cost of the works.
